In December 2021, the headquarters of LEELEN officially moved into LEELEN Building, located at No. 780 Tieshan Road, Jimei District, Xiamen City. LEELEN will take the headquarters relocation as a new starting point to promote the smart community and smart family, as a new driving force for the group to become stronger, better and bigger, and take the “enterprise digital transformation” as the engine to create multiple strong business segments, form a new business pattern of mutual coordination and mutual support, and drive a new round of rapid development.

Looking back on the past three decades, in order to realize the corporate mission of “Let people live in a five-star home”, LEELEN has moved three times to witness the continuous expansion of business territory.

In 1992, the building apartment intercom industry just started. Chairman transformed from a home craftsman to a technological craftsman. He led a team of less than 10 people to start a business in a store on Xiaoxue Road, Siming District, Xiamen City, and engaged in the R & D and sales of building apartment intercoms.

“If we want the enterprise to develop for a long time, LEELEN must win at the starting line.” The chairman said. He planned the development strategy of the company. On the one hand, he paid close attention to the market demand, developed new products and new technologies. On the other hand, he deeply cultivated the internal operation and management of the company. Adhering to the craftsman spirit, LEELEN quickly had a place in the building apartment intercom market.

In 1996, LEELEN settled in Xiamen Torch High Tech Park and completed the first headquarters relocation. The enterprise entered a period of rapid growth and its output value doubled every year. In the following four years, more than 200 offices were unveiled one after another, and the national service network was comprehensively upgraded.

In 2005, LEELE’s headquarters moved into a technology park with more than 20000 square meters. It has its own mold factory, injection molding factory, advanced German Siemens SMT surface mount production line and perfect environmental monitoring means, realizing the independent production of the whole process of products.

Under the background of the digital wave era, the traditional analog intercom can no longer keep up with the market demand. LEELEN keeps pace with the times and determines the digitalization strategy of enterprise products. With the vigorous development of the Internet and IoT. In 2021, the self-built LEELEN Building with a total area of nearly 100,000 square meters has become a new headquarters, and LEELEN has completed its third headquarters relocation.

LEELEN Building is 99.1 meters high. From the three aspects of “smart traffic, smart office, and smart security”, it adopts intelligent facilities and equipment independently developed by LEELEN to create a comfortable, efficient, green and energy-saving office environment. Employees can pass by swiping their faces, and visitors can also pass the gates by swiping their faces after authorization; the office scene is smart and low-carbon, and realizes work mode, meeting mode, lunch break mode; with the help of smart community platform and video monitoring and other equipment, the dynamic control of personnel access records, body temperature and other data can be realized.

LEELEN has joined hands with nearly 50 brands in the home building materials industry to jointly build Smart Life Experience Museum and begin to layout the whole country.
